  • Can anything be done about the dirty state of a particuar area in the town?
  • I do not like the scheme in a particular planning application and what should I do?
  • How can I help the Civic Society achieve its Aims and Objectives?

                              Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour             April 2008

Civic Society Officers always attend the monthly Area Committee meetings at Marple Library.       At the last meeting, the councillors encouraged anyone who experienced anti-social behaviour to report it.

We suggest that if you see, or are bothered by:

  • Fly Posting
  • Fly Tipping
  •         Graffiti
  •  Noise nuisance
  • Vehicle related nuisance
  • Under-age drinking of alcohol
  • Harassment of residents or passers-by
  • Verbal abuse
